The Back Story

The desire to continually challenge myself and develop new skills has driven my career in several different directions.  I adapt easily, learn fast, and thrive in the creative stage of the design process. From a young age, I knew I wanted a career in fashion, a dream that became a reality in 2010. Since then, I’ve gotten involved in a variety of projects, all of which have somehow become part of my ongoing creative journey.

My experience spans across the men's, women's, children's, and home sectors of the design industry. Areas of design expertise include conceptual design & color, branding, story telling, multi-category collection development, trend analysis, fashion illustration, technical design, and fabric development. Business skills include strategic assortment planning, presentation and negotiation skills, garment cost engineering, market research and analysis, process development, cross-divisional communication, and proven leadership and organization.
